ReLIFE

ReLIFE (リライフ, Riraifu) is a Japanese manga series in webtoon format written and illustrated by Yayoiso.[3] The individual chapters were released by NHN Japan on the Comico website from October 12, 2013, to March 16, 2018,[4][5] for a total of 15 compiled tankōbon volumes published by Earth Star Entertainment.[6][7] An anime television series adaptation animated by TMS Entertainment was announced on February 13, 2015, and premiered on television on July 2, 2016.[8][9][10] On June 24, 2016,[citation needed] the series was released in full on the web. A live-action film adaptation of the same name was released in 2017.

ReLIFE seems like a classic high school slice-of-life anime at first, but the show does an amazing job of demonstrating Kaizaki’s character growth through the supporting cast. Like most isekai anime protagonists, Kaizaki feels weak and powerless to face the issues in his life. Being back in high school, Kaizaki realizes that despite his age, he still has a lot to learn and maybe even some things to teach the people around him. ReLIFE demonstrates that we’re never too old to learn and change as people.
